AI agent neler yapabilir?

A custom AI agent does more than answer questions. With authorized tools, it can qualify leads, summarize support requests, retrieve knowledge, draft replies, update CRM records and coordinate multi-step workflows. Start with one measurable business outcome rather than promising unlimited autonomy.

Geliştirme yaklaşımım

I start with workflow discovery and acceptance criteria, then design the agent's tools, data boundaries and human approval points. Next come a focused prototype, integration tests, evaluation on realistic scenarios, deployment and monitoring. Sometimes a deterministic automation is more suitable than an autonomous agent, and I will recommend that instead.

Entegrasyonlar, izinler ve güvenilirlik

Agents can connect to existing CRM systems, Gmail or other email providers, internal APIs and databases through scoped credentials. Production design needs server-side authorization, audit logs, retries, rate limits, data minimization, prompt-injection defenses and approval before high-impact actions. The model must never be trusted as the sole permission check.

Maliyet ve süreyi neler etkiler?

Cost depends on the number of workflows and integrations, data quality, security requirements, evaluation coverage and hosting. Ongoing expenses may include model tokens, infrastructure and monitoring. A small proof of concept is not equivalent to a production system; I scope milestones and estimate only after reviewing requirements.
